I searched online for a while, trying to find exactly what I wanted to put all my little Hollybub’s treasures in after losing her, I wanted to get it just right

I found this beautiful memory box with the facility to have her photograph displayed
but wanted to change the verse sentiment on the lid, to the one showing in the photograph that I have uploaded

So I initially hesitated in ordering, wondering if it was going to be possible but decided to contact Customer Services anyway.

Nothing was too much trouble, I found the experience in ordering right through to delivery easy, professional and handled with care during what was for me a very difficult time

To say I’m thrilled with the memory box is an understatement. It’s exactly what I wanted
